He joined ADT after a three year assignment as the Chief Information Officer (CIO) for WorldSpace, Inc. At WorldSpace, Mr. Hendershot was responsible for the design, implementation and maintenance of a network infrastructure connecting 132 locations in 17 countries worldwide.
